Shodhganga : It is the digital repository of Indian electronic theses and dissertations hosted by INFormation and LIBrary NETwork (INFLIBNET) Centre, which is an Autonomous Inter-University Centre (IUC) of University Grants Commision (UGC). As name says, "Shodh" stands for research and discovery and the "Ganga" is the symbol of India's everchanging and ever-flowing culture and civilization. It is the reservoir of Indian intellectual output stored in a repository. This repository has the ability to capture, index, store, disseminate and preserve ETDs (Electronic Theses and Dissertations) submitted by the researchers and it is available for the entire scholarly community in open access.

Shodhgangotri : It is the repository of Indian electronic research-in-progress or synopses hosted by INFormation and LIBrary NETwork (INFLIBNET) Centre. As name says, "Shodh" stands for research and discovery and the "Gangotri" is the source of origination of the "Ganga". The repository reveals the trends and directions of research being conducted in India and it helps to avoid the duplication of research.

swayam : Study Webs of Active-learning for Young Aspiring Minds or swayam is a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform of India hosted by Ministry of Education, Government of India. Courses delivered through swayam are available free of cost to the learners. The courses hosted are in four quadreants - (i) Video Lecture, (ii) Specially prepared material that can be downloadable/printed, (iii) Self-assesment tests through tests and quizzes, (iv) an online discussion forum for clearing doubts. Nine National Coordinators are co-ordinating the courses. They are : AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) for self-paced and international courses, NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) for Engineering, UGC (University Grants Commission) for non technical post-graduation education, CEC (Consortium for Educational Communication) for under-graduate education, NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) for school education, NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) for school education, IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) for out-of-school students, IIMB (Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore) for management studies, and NITTTR (National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research) for Teacher Training programme. Universities/colleges approving credit transfer for these courses can use the marks/certificate obtained in these courses for the same.

SWAYAM PRABHA : It is an education learning platform initiated by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. It includes a group of 80 Direct-to-Home/DTH channels devoted to telecasting of high-quality educational programmes on 24X7 basis using the GSAT-15 satellite hosted by INFormation and LIBrary NETwork (INFLIBNET) Centre. Every day, there will be new content for at least four hours which would be repeated five more times in a day, allowing the students to choose the time of their convenience. Curriculum-based course contents at post-graduate and under-graduate level covering diverse disciplines such as arts, science, commerce, performing arts, social sciences and humanities, engineering, technology, law, medicine, agriculture, etc. All courses would be certification-ready in their detailed offering through SWAYAM, the platform being developed for offering MOOCs courses. It is currently maintained by INFormation and LIBrary NETwork (INFLIBNET) Centre.

NDLI : National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources with search/browse facilities, sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT) and developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines and all popular forms of access devices. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources.

e-PG Pathsala : It is an educational dedicated portal available in open access. This portal is an MHRD Project that is being developed by dedicated team of NME-ICT department under the guidelines of UGC. The prime objective is to meet curriculum and course content to fulfill the requirement of every postgraduate learner.

INDIAN CUTURE : It is a platform which incoporates the data of cultural relevance from various repositories and institutions all over India initiated by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Under the aegis of the National Mission on Libraries, National Virtual Library of India (NVLI) subsequently Indian Culture portal were launched, which provide access towards various cultural information generated in India and about India. It helps the users from all sectors to seek cultural information through well researched services.

e-GyanKosh : It is a National Digital Repository to store, index, preserve, distribute and share the digital learning resources developed by the Open and Distance Learning Institutions in the country to promote Open Distance Learning (ODL). Items in eGyanKosh are protected by copyright, with all rights reserved by IGNOU, unless otherwise indicated. In spite of this, IGNOU facilitates IGNOU FB Live recorded videos, IGNOU self-learning materials, IGNOU Youtube Videos, Indial Journal of Open Learning (IJOL) etc supporting Open Educational Resources (OER) policy as recommended by National Knowledge Commission (NKC), Government of India.

Vidya-Mitra : It is an online learning portal for all the e-content projects developed under the NME-ICT (National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology), MHRD, Govrnment of India. The portal provides facility to search and browse all hosted content wherein a learner can easily access the desired material including audio/video learning material, textual material, multimedia-enriched materials etc. through a single interface.

UG Course Contents

Virtual Labs : It is a pro initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India under the aegis of National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). This project is a consortium activity of twelve participating institutes and IIT Delhi is coordinating institute. It is a paradigm shift in ICT-based education. For the first time, such an initiative has been taken-up in remote-experimentation. Under Virtual Labs project, over 100 Virtual Labs consisting of approximately 700+ web-enabled experiments were designed for remote-operation and viewing.

NPTEL : National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning or NPTEL is a joint venture of the IITs and IISc, funded by the Ministry of Education (MoE) Government of India. It was started as a project to take quality education to all corners of the country, NPTEL now offers close to 600+ courses for certification every semester in about 22 disciplines. NPTEL is the largest online repository in the world of courses in engineering , basic sciences and selected humanities and management subjects as claimed. YouTube channel for NPTEL is hugely subscribed educational channel along with transcription and and subtitle.

@cecgurukul : Consortium for Educational Communication popularly known or CEC is one of the Inter University Centres set up by the University Grants Commission of India. Realizing the potential and power of television to act as means of Educational Knowledge dissemination, UGC started the Countrywide Classroom Programmes. CEC acts as a nodal agency to coordinate, guide & facilitate such Educational production at the National level in collaboration with Educational Multimedia Research Centres (EMRCs).
